... Part of my getting hired was due to your videos on you tube as Alex looked at them prior to calling me the first time he called me from Russia. I also sold 4 cds in japan and 2 in Russia last week on cdbaby.com. This is definetly going to be my year...

We made it up to #7…..now we are down to #12
but reviews are on the way from Jazziz and Downbeat.
Your feature on the band is what jumpstarted everything.
Thanks a million!!

This site is so exciting, beautiful. I have sent the site on to Alyce Christ head of the Space Coast Pops Orchestra here in Brevard County. Richard Heyman, the arranger for the Boston Pops and movies, was our conductor until this season. We are a great music source and are always looking for artists. I am a board member. the orch. email is email@example.com. Donna Bowers

Hi Charlie,-- Beeeeeeeelieve me-- because of your publication-- I do A-L-O-T of Jazz events. I LOVVVVVVVVVVE music. And, Al Kanovsky( who writes BLOGS for you) sometimes takes me to the MJC, the last Monday in the month. Next time, I will come over to say HELLO!!! Have a GREAT DAY!!! You helped to make mine even better---Isabel P.S.-- I also sent a midnite e-mail to Colleen and Stuart Glazer. They, too, were at the Arts Garage last nite,-- for an exquisite performance by the talented and comical Duffy Jackson. And, I sang them PRAISES about your "BIBLE"--- which I know they will be registering to receive, within the next day or so. BTW-- When Duffy decides to retire from the music world,---he could do "stand-up" comedy. He was a total HOOOOOOOOT!!! It truly was a great evening, and I left feeling RE-NEWED, and it was 11:30 at nite. That's the POWER of M-U-S-I-C!!!! So, Thank You!!

Met you once at a Four Freshman concert in Ft. Lauderdale. You were still publishing Heat Beat (Hot House) as I recall. Just want to thank you for putting this online and for helping me keep up with the South Florida musicians since I don't get there much anymore even though I still have an apartment in Miami. And though I never expected it, your addition of jazz news from all of Florida will allow me to visit a Panama City Beach jazz night this month--we have 4 timeshare weeks in PCB but rarely heard about jazz venues or festivals for last few years. We live in San Antonio, TX where we have 5 big bands playing straight ahead jazz every month and we have a full time jazz radio station. Aren't we lucky!
Thank you again.
